Meadowlark Optics has purchased Boulder Nonlinear Sytems in a closing held April 27, 2023, after years of building a stellar rapport via photonics. The deal includes product lines as well as research-and-development talent for what is sure to be a boost to the optics industry in Colorado and beyond.
